The project I had the pleasure of organizing was an informational campaign and preparation of all graphic materials and promotional videos for partners for the charity concert "Life will win." I worked on this endeavor in partnership with the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland, the capital city of Warsaw, and partners: Stołeczna Estrada, UA 24.TV, and Embrace Ukraine.
Timeline
1 months while working with multiple projects at the same time
Background
The concert tour aims to unite the public opinion of European countries and Ukrainians living abroad, as well as to raise charitable funds for Ukraine, which is currently defending not only its freedom but also the security and free, democratic future of the entire Europe. All funds raised during the concerts will be allocated to humanitarian needs caused by the Russian military invasion of Ukraine.
This project was a unique challenge and a great satisfaction, giving me the opportunity to combine my organizational and creative skills to support an important cause.
Theme & Vision
At the beginning of the project, I established the overall visual concept to reflect the spirit of the charity concert "Life will win." The key element was solidarity and support for Ukraine.
Preparing Graphic Materials
I designed badges for participants and passes that were not only functional but also aesthetically aligned with the theme of the concert. I created banners and posters promoting the concert, strategically placed around Warsaw. These graphics were designed to attract attention and convey key information about the event.
Concepts and Scripts
I developed concepts and scripts for promotional videos aimed at increasing awareness about the concert and engaging the community.
Distribution of Materials
The concert tour aims to unite the public opinion of European countries and Ukrainians living abroad, as well as to raise charitable funds for Ukraine, which is currently defending not only its freedom but also the security and free, democratic future of the entire Europe. All funds raised during the concerts will be allocated to humanitarian needs caused by the Russian military invasion of Ukraine.
